SHRINE SIZZLE – Exclusive Offer!__________________

The members of the Zor Funsters, a clown unit of Zor Shriners of Madison, Wisconsin,

have deliberated on how we can get the word out about Shriners. As Shriners, we know we do great work, but we are striving

to spread the word so that others understand our mission, our works and the lives we impact. 

Terry McShane, a Funster member and professional truck driver, suggested working with a local long haul trucking firm to advertise

the Shriners and the Shriners Hospitals for children on the sides of their business fleet.

Tom and Mark Sparhawk, the owners of Sparhawk Trucking, have eagerly come forward to help out, using their trailers as

“rolling billboards,” including the logo of the sponsoring club, unit or business. The Shrine phone number and contact information and

an impressive new hospital logo. 

There are now 13 of these trailers moving around the United States, increasing the image of Shriners to the public.

As a way to track how far and wide our message is being spread, the billboard also includes a message,

“Let us know where you see this trailer,” with a toll-free number to call.  

The response has been great! We have logged calls from across the US from enthusiastic callers,

many of who have not heard of the Shriners before and wanted to get more information.

We also received calls from many who already support our philanthropy and were glad to see more being done to raise awareness. 

With the huge success of this project, the Funsters are extending an offer to other Shrine Centers and their clubs, units & businesses

to be part of this “Shrine Sizzle,” creating the sizzle in the public’s mind and raising their interest and awareness.

Semi trailers are the best form of outdoor advertising. Unlike stationary billboards, These Interstate

"Attention Getters" come to the viewer through hard to reach Rural areas, small Towns &

large Cities across the U.S.

2 billboards on each trailer doubles viewing impact. They can be read from across parking lots &

by opposite bound Interstate traffic.

Based on 5-7 years of service, this package deal breaks down to about $24.00 a month per side of

trailer for max 7 years. In Service times may vary, less in some cases more in others, hopefully 10+

years if trailer ends up out of service as a storage unit. 

Trailers may also vary from 48' to 53'.

        Advertising with this program is extremely economical & tax deductable. "A Great Sponsorship, a Great Cause!"

        Individual & Memorial  Images can be developed, who wish to keep the quest of spreading the Hospital message. 

      The striking  message for kids in need could be read by millions of viewers over it's time in service.
